Joshua Kunnath, EdD, is a veteran high school English teacher and instructional coach at Highland High School in Bakersfield, CA. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Doctoral Program of Educational Leadership at California State University, Bakersfield. John Lando Carter, EdD, is an associate professor of education at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN. His research interests include creativity, learning, leading, and assessment across K12 and higher education settings. Email: lando.carter@mtsu.edu 

Cailen O’Shea, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of educational leadership at North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND. ​​His research interests focus on school transformation and equitable instructional leadership. Specifically, he examines ways in which educational leaders can enhance instruction for all students. He utilizes both critical quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Muhammad Sharif Uddin, EdD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Teacher Education at Morgan State University.

Mariane Doyle, PhD, is Chief Executive Officer at the Center for Nonprofit Excellence - Virginia and a lecturer with the University of Virginia’s Northern Virginia campus.  Her research interests include accessibility of higher education for underrepresented students, including students with disabilities and nontraditional adult students. James Marshall, PhD, is Professor and Senior Director of the Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership at San Diego State University.
